I have only slept on my new pillow one night and I am in love with it. I am a side sleeper so the hight and firmness is perfect for me. I do like that I can fluff up the wool with the side zipper and love the cozy wool protective cover. My pillow did not get hot. I live in the hot desert so this is important to me. I just could not stop hugging it lol. Wonderful communication and product. I will be back in the future for more wool goodies 🤗♥️
