I’m pleased though it would be nice if the grains were more abundant. I’m nurturing them in the hope they grow relatively quickly as I want to make batches of two litres, not one -two cups. So far after three little batches they don’t seem to be growing rapidly. There were barely enough to get a cup started initially. But they arrived very professionally packaged which is reassuring. Taste is delicious— a little more nuanced than the powder you can buy.
