Details need to be very specific on custom orders. If specific instructions are not provided, we will use font type and color according to product photo and place text proportionately to item purchased.

We do not accept returns. If a package is marked undeliverable and returned back to us we will hold item until postage is re-paid. For international buyers, duty fees are buyers responsibility and if these are not paid and package is sent back to us. We will hold until postage is repaid and duties fees will need to be paid once it arrives in your country.

Wow! I just love my Jean jackets, I got 2 for friends and they were both fabulous! Not just the great jackets, but Angie was extremely accommodating. I had several conversations with her and she was able to take care of everything. I also had to have them shipped express to get them to me when I needed them, so she took the time and took them to UPS in time to get my package sent in time. She was wonderful. I highly recommend!
