These knobs have a 1 1/4" face with a 5/8" stem.

If you have a strict deadline, the best hardware for you may be factory made ready to ship items. However, if you are interested in geunine handmade hardware and understand this art work takes time to make, I would be more than happy to work with you.

All work is done in a small blacksmith shop located on my property in Ontario, Canada.

Because each piece is hand made they all vary slightly in size and texture, making each hook a one of a kind. These hooks are rustic and make a perfect addition to any cabin, chalet, man cave, or rustic themed home. They all match perfectly with outdoor decor. They work beautifully in entryways, bathrooms, kitchens, horse barns, outdoor BBQ areas, and garages

As a small business relying on Etsy, a large E-commerce website, to conduct sales, Solasta Ironworks cannot assume they know about the unique nature of hand forged blacksmith products.

Along with Etsy’s policies, the following policies apply to the purchase Solasta Ironworks products:

Solasta Ironworks’ products are made to order and customer satisfaction is paramount. Returns are accepted in these circumstances: an item arrives damaged, Solasta Ironworks is contacted within 10 days of delivery and the required information is provided including photo evidence and original packing and shipping materials.

For other returns the following policies apply:

You must contact Solasta Ironworks within 10 days of delivery for instructions.

As each item is made to order, a 15% restocking fee will apply to all returns.

Orders that do not follow the given instructions will not be accepted.

Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs as well as the original shipping cost that was paid. The original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

All items must be returned in original, unused condition.

Any order that is received back as “return to sender”, or without an agreement, will be considered a forced return and will not be accepted or refunded.

Solasta Ironworks does not accept returns on custom orders, items on sale, or personalized pieces.

The timeline for an order to be shipped is included in the product description, please read carefully. Once the product is accepted at the postal/shipping facility, Solasta Ironworks waives all responsibility and will not have any information beyond what the purchaser receives in the form of a tracking number. Follow-up with the postal/shipping company is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

Products damaged by improper use or installation are not the responsibility of Solasta Ironworks and are not eligible for refund or return.
