Do you do custom orders?

Yes! I can create custom balloon garlands as well as custom mini balloon cake toppers. Simply message me with your color ideas and we can create your perfect balloon arch kit! Custom orders are not eligible for return.

What's your return policy?

We have a 100% 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for a refund. The item(s) must be unopened, in the original packaging and accompanied by a return authorization approval. Custom orders are not eligible for return.

Can you rush my order?

If you need a quick turnaround for your order, please pgrade to faster processing time! Check out our "rush order processing upgrade" listing. If purchased before 8am EST, the order will leave same day. Orders after 8am EST will ship the following morning with this listing purchase. This is still shipping with standard shipping. It is an upgrade in processing time alone. If you are looking for expedited shipping quotes, you will find that through either USPS Priority Mail (2- 3 business days) or USPS Priority Mail Express (1-2 business days). (we cannot guarantee shipping transit times.)
