That’s unacceptable because I need to send this with my new customers and I’m gonna have to purchase a different one or just make one myself

In our listing under "Important Information" we specifically say we use Canva Premium Images in the design you purchased which is copyrighted. These images does not belong to us and you need to pay a fee to Canva directly for using them. You can swop these images for free Canva images. Please see your messages for more information. Thanks
