Hi Lindsay, Thank you for your review of my shop! In regards to your comment: I truly apologize for the inconvenience. The listing you purchased clearly stated in the description and file type that it was only for a pdf. However, since then, I have updated all print listings to additionally include jpg and png files so you can print professionally more easily. You will receive your print in the following sizes:

- 3x4 Ratio in JPG, PNG, and PDF formats (3x4, 6x8, 9x12, 12x16)
- 11x14 Ratio in JPG, PNG and PDF formats
- International Ratio in JPG, PNG and PDF formats
How do I access my files?
- After your purchase, an email will be sent to the address you have associated with your Etsy account with a link for download.
- If you have an Etsy account, you can additionally access your files from Profile > Purchases > Download Files.
Where can I print my files?
- You can print your files from your home printer, or from a local store like Staples, Walgreens, or Walmart!
