Amazing bit of kit. Arrived fast

This is my third (yes!) Thomas helmet for my daft punk tribute band, where we perform all of the parts LIVE so they need to be very well built. I did my first show with this helmet and it looks absolutely fantastic. You really can't beat a genuine chrome finish. In terms of padding, there's some white foam but that is it, you will need to carefully decide where to add extra foam for comfort and fit. The helmet is controlled half by Bluetooth Low Energy serial commands (led matrix and fan) and half by buttons only. (Side lights) Alex was very clear in his communications which gave me the confidence to buy and adapt my show automation to the new helmet. Delivery was very fast to the UK. A day in customs and it was with me. It took less than a week.

Amazing helmet and product. Alex was helpful with a silly/redundant question. I love how many light patterns there are and that you have options to add a few of your own custom images. This should be obvious but this is a limited view helmet with a dark visor that has LEDs in it-- walking around in dark areas should be avoided. The only thing I wish was different was that the padding be a darker color but that is a personal preference.

First and foremost the helmet was literally perfect. I’ve wanted one of these for so long and when doing research I found multiple recommendations for AlexPlusLEDs so I decided to buy this fully finished helmet and have absolutely no regrets. Not only is the helmet absolutely stunning, but Alex’s customer service is top notch. He answered any and all questions I had and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. I made the mistake of ordering this right before Halloween and he still made sure I got it in time. I couldn’t recommend him and his helmets enough. I look forward to whenever he has the chance to put some Guy Man helmets up for sale cause I’d absolutely buy one of those as well. 10/10 helmet and customer service!
