What happens if my package is late, lost or stolen?
Please note that we are not responsible for any delayed, lost or stolen packages. The buyer assumes all responsibility for their package after it has left our facility.
For your convenience we offer several shipping options at checkout. All orders are shipped via USPS with a tracking number. As a small business we utilize the services of USPS to ensure prompt delivery of your item and rely on the tracking number to ensure your order has been delivered. If your order is marked as delivered and you have not actually received your item, please reach out to USPS for more accurate delivery information. They have access to more tools and technology to ensure your item is properly delivered.
Return Policy
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges for our items.
