How does the shirt fit?
Fit varies by garment style. Please review the size chart included in each listing and compare the measurements with a shirt you already own. Most Comfort Colors tees have a relaxed, unisex fit. If you prefer an oversized look, consider sizing up. Because every shirt is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for sizing selections.
Care instructions
Machine wash cold inside out; normal cycle. Non-chlorine bleach if needed. For best results lay flat to dry however you can dry the shirt inside out on a low heat setting. DO NOT IRON directly on printed area. If ironing is needed please turn shirt inside out and iron on a low setting.
How long is processing and shipping time?
Each item is made to order. Please allow approximately 2–5 business days for production before shipping. Delivery time is additional and will vary by destination. The estimated arrival window shown by Etsy is the best guide for your specific order.
Do you accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations?
Because each item is printed especially for you after your order is placed, returns and exchanges are not accepted for incorrect sizing, color selection, or a change of mind. Please review the size chart carefully before ordering.
Cancellation requests are accepted within 2 hours of purchase, provided production has not begun.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us through Etsy Messages within 30 days of delivery and include clear photographs of the issue. We will gladly help arrange an eligible replacement or refund.
Will the printed color look exactly like the screen?
Colors may vary slightly because of monitor settings, garment-dye variations, shirt color, and the printing process. These subtle differences make each finished piece slightly unique.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order has been produced and shipped, tracking information will be sent automatically to the email address associated with your Etsy account. You can also view tracking under Purchases and Reviews on Etsy. Please allow a short period for the carrier to update the tracking status.
