I actually bought this for myself not realizing it was for kids. I’m 33 and was diagnosed with Systemic lupus, but am now being told I may have a genetic disease. In order to get a handle on flares I decided to start journaling and this journal is awesome. Everything I wanted to journal I can on one page and it’s organized (rather than my chaos I created). This book came SO quickly and is really high quality! It covered everything I needed in terms of pain area/activity levels, but wasn’t so thorough as to be confusing. It’s easy to use, portable, and I already love it. Dawn was fast and so kind. I will definitely be buying more in 3 months.
