This Privacy Policy describes how and when we collect, use, and share information when you purchase an item from us, contact us, or otherwise use our services through Etsy.com or its related sites and services.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that we do not own or control, including Etsy or any third-party services you access through Etsy. You can reference the Etsy Privacy Policy to learn more about its privacy practices.
Information We Collect
To fulfil your order, you must provide us with certain information (which you authorised Etsy to provide to us), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you're ordering. You may also choose to provide us with additional personal information if you contact us directly — for example, for a custom order, a shipping enquiry, or a product issue.
If you join our mailing list or sticker club, we will also collect your email address and any preferences you share with us (such as design or theme preferences), based on your consent.
Why We Need Your Information and How We Use It
We rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use, and share your information, including:
As needed to provide our services, such as when we use your information to fulfil your order, arrange shipping and delivery, settle disputes, or provide customer support;

Information Sharing and Disclosure
Information about our customers is important to our business. We share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:
Etsy. We share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you our services and comply with our obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.
Service providers. We engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to our shop. These include third-party fulfilment and warehousing partners (including a fulfilment centre located in the United States that packs and ships certain orders on our behalf), postal and courier services, and email service providers used to operate our mailing list. We share your personal information with these third parties only to the extent necessary for them to perform these services.
Business transfers. If we sell or merge our business, we may disclose your information as part of that transaction, only to the extent permitted by law.
Compliance with laws. We may collect, use, retain, and share your information if we have a good faith belief that it is reasonably necessary to: (a) respond to legal process or to government requests; (b) enforce our agreements, terms, and policies; (c) prevent, investigate, and address fraud and other illegal activity, security, or technical issues; or (d) protect the rights, property, and safety of our customers or others.
We never sell your personal information to third parties.
Data Retention
We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with our services and as described in this Privacy Policy. However, we may also be required to retain this information to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations (including Hong Kong tax record-keeping requirements), to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. We generally keep order-related data for the following time period: 7 years. Mailing list data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
Transfers of Personal Information Outside the EU
We are based in Hong Kong, and we store and process your information through third-party services located in Hong Kong, the United States, and other jurisdictions. As a result, if you are located in the EU/EEA or UK, your personal information will be transferred to jurisdictions with different data protection laws than your own. Where we transfer personal information about you outside of the EU/EEA or UK, we rely on legal bases recognised under applicable law, including performance of the contract with you (for example, sharing your delivery address with our shipping and fulfilment partners so your order can reach you) and, where applicable, standard contractual clauses with our service providers.

Object. You can object to (i) our processing of some of your information based on our legitimate interests, and (ii) receiving marketing messages from us after providing your express consent to receive them. In such cases, we will delete your personal information unless we have compelling and legitimate grounds to continue using that information or it is needed for legal reasons.
Complain. If you reside in the EU and wish to raise a concern about our use of your information (and without prejudice to any other rights you may have), you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority. If you are in Hong Kong, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data (PCPD).
Marketing Messages
We only send marketing messages (such as new drops, restocks, and sticker club updates) to people who have given us their express consent. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can withdraw your consent at any time — either through that link or by contacting us directly. Unsubscribing will not affect any current orders.
