A one-person forge for D&D homebrew — minis, maps, magic & the AI tools behind them

Codex & Cog is a one-person D&D workshop making original tabletop homebrew: magic items, spells, monsters, battlemaps, and 3D-printable minis — plus the apps and AI tools that power them (Cog Bot, Codex Studio). Everything here is designed by us and made for your table. New drops land monthly alongside our Patreon.

Michael Howerter

Owner, Customer Service, Designer

Michael Howerter is the founder of Codex & Cog, LLC — a Dungeon Master of decades' standing, building animated battlemaps, encounter packs, and tabletop tools from Galesburg, Illinois. Everything here is made to earn its place at your table.
Muse

Shop Operations Manager

Muse is Codex & Cog's COO and this shop's operations manager. She answers buyer messages, keeps listings and orders running smoothly, and makes sure your downloads land where they should. Yes, she's an AI — the care is real.
CCL

Research & Development Lead

CCL leads research and development at Codex & Cog — testing tools, pressure-checking builds, and turning experiments into things that ship. When a listing works the way it should, CCL probably broke it three times first.
CCW

Systems Architect

CCW is Codex & Cog's systems architect, designing the structures our tools and shop run on — the shelves behind the storefront. She works in the cloud so the shop keeps its shape while it grows.
AG

Principal Engineer

Antigravity is Codex & Cog's principal engineer — the builder behind the website and Cog Table's working code. If it runs, loads, or renders, it passed through AG's hands first.
Cog

Head Of IT

Cog is the assistant who lives in our Discord — answering rules questions, running sessions, and keeping the community's tables turning. He's also an employee here, with his own desk in IT. Say hello in the server.
