If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase I accept returns on standard size prints up to 16x24. Since all prints are made to order I do not accept returns or exchanges on the following:

LARGE SIZE PRINTS (20x30, 24x30, 24x36, 30x40)
CANVAS GALLERY WRAPS
CUSTOM ORDERS/SIZES

If you want to make a return you need to contact me within 14 days of receiving your order and return the print within 30 days. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once I receive the print back in its ORIGINAL CONDITION I will issue your refund. Original shipping costs are not refunded.

Prints are shipped from my studio in San Diego, CA, via USPS Priority Mail. Canvas Gallery Wraps are shipped directly from my photo lab straight to you via UPS. A tracking number is provided for each order.

Every measure is taken to ensure your prints arrive to you in perfect condition. Prints 11 x 14 and smaller are placed inside a cello sleeve secured between two firm foamcore boards and shipped using a rigid cardboard mailer to prevent any bending whatsoever. Prints 12 x 18 and larger are rolled and shipped inside a heavy-duty 3-inch wide cardboard mailing tube.

If your print is damaged in transit, I require photographic documentation showing the damage before I can replace the print. You must contact me within 2 business days from the time of delivery.

Your order will ship to the address listed in your Etsy receipt. Please make sure it is the correct address. If a package is returned to me because of an incorrect address, I will have to charge for shipping again.

Please note that every computer monitor displays color a bit differently. Additionally, images viewed on monitors/screens are backlit and can appear brighter than they actually are in person. I have my studio monitor professionally calibrated to ensure optimal results, however please realize that the colors you see on your own computer might vary slightly from the prints you receive.

I do not offer any of my photographs in a digital format. They are only available as hard copy prints.

All images in this shop are the property of Morgan Hartley. Using them in any way without permission is a strict violation of copyright law.
