I originally had an issue with my first slider because my model of the twcs was different and he had no problem sending me out a different one to fit my setup for free since the first one didn't work out. He's a super nice guy and will go above and beyond to help you if you have any problems. Love this guy, highly recommend! The product itself is awesome as well, works great, super smooth, detent options are awesome. Easy install, was fun to do!

Item as described great buy.

Works great, seller has great communication.

Exactly what the throttle needed to become precise and a joy to use. thanks so much !

All good. Very helpful and flexible to solve delivery issue 😉

Great mod! Must try! Amazing customer support!

Does what it's supposed to do. Look on youtube for instructional video.

I got my Thrustmaster T16000 throttle and stick combo at a good price so I just delt with the not so great factory setup for a while as it was still better than my previous setup. Came across this and figured I would give it a try and I am really glad I did. This has removed all of the frustration I was having with the throttle sticking when making fine adjustments in DCS. I gave up on trying A/A refueling because of the issue. Gave it another shot with this installed. I still crashed into the tanker twice, but I at least felt like I had more control over the movements before I watched my buddies in the KC-135 plummet to their fiery deaths (sorry guys). Unsurprisingly, the issue is the pilot not the flight stick. Installation was easy with the installation video.

Wonderful upgrade to keep my old TWCS going, feels great to use.

Can't give this anything less than a 5-star review. Great quality, I couldn't be happier with the results after installation. Easy step by step video walks you through the whole process. Definitely a recommend.
