This was a birthday surprise and it was an amazing gift - he loved it. It’s built well and a well thought out product, you see it in the small things like the grip stickers and the clever spring mechanism. The product arrived early! Nick was extremely helpful and made the requested changes (like a bigger dice tray, phone holder) and personalized engravings. He always responded on time and communicated really well. I really like the idea of the product and its practicality. Unfortunately, the order took a bit longer to arrive, but we apologized for that and received some extras with the order. We really appreciate that. Unfortunately, the quality was very disappointing. In some parts, the laser hadn't gone all the way through, and the wood had splintered. The middle layer of the MDF was also missing somewhere. The acrylic had a sharp edge near the handle. The instructions weren't always clear either. Moreover, it took a lot of force to push it together. It was impossible for me. All in all, I can't give it more than two stars. We appreciate the improvements, but I would have preferred the product I ordered to be of better quality.
