2 Taps tools for e-ink, iPad and Android: planners, notebooks, meeting books and journals, made for your screen
Creative X Spot is a design and development studio in Portugal. Building websites is our day job, and we brought the same habits to digital planners: clean layouts, careful typography and nothing on the page without a reason to be there.
It started with a simple frustration. Most digital planners and notebooks are designed for one tablet, then stretched or squeezed to fit every other one. Lines get blurry, margins land in the wrong place, and links that should take you to a page go somewhere else, or don't respond at all.
So we built our own generator. Instead of resizing one file, it draws every page from scratch for each device's screen: reMarkable (Paper Pro, Paper Pure, Paper Pro Move and rM2), Kindle Scribe, Boox (Note Air, Tab Ultra, Note Air5 C, Go 10.3, Tab Mini C, Tab X C and Note Max), Kobo Elipsa 2E and Libra Colour, Supernote A5X, Manta and Nomad.
Since October 2026 we do the same for colour tablets: iPad (every size) and Android (Samsung Galaxy Tab, Pixel Tablet, Lenovo, Xiaomi, OnePlus and OPPO). One file per screen format, full width below the app toolbar, Light & Dark editions and the same navigation.
We call it 2 Taps: any page, two taps away.
- PLAN: 2027 and 2027-2030 planners (e-ink, iPad and Android).
- WORK: Notebook with Tabs, Meeting Book, To-Do & Task Manager and the Work System bundles (e-ink).
- LIFE: Reading Journal, Habit Tracker and Bible Study & Prayer Journal (e-ink).
What to expect from every file:
- A top bar and side tabs on every page, so you never have to go back to the index.
- Links made for your finger, a Help page inside and a 2-page install guide for your device.
- Quiet lines that leave room for your handwriting. Made to be used every day, not just to look good in a screenshot.
- English, European Portuguese and Brazilian Portuguese in the same download.
- Every link in every file checked before it reaches you. Zero broken.
We're a small studio: when you write to us, you're talking to the people who made it. If something doesn't work on your device, message us and we'll help until it does.
Our files are for personal use only. Please don't resell or share them: that's what lets us keep improving them. Thank you for supporting independent work.
