Type of licenses
Personal / Non-Profit Use
Personal use is when a product is purchased exclusively for personal purposes and does not involve any earnings. All purchased items may be used in an unlimited number of Personal Use Projects.
If you share your personal/non-profit project (ex: as a giveaway or freebie) on your personal/non-profit site, blog or social media all Creativeclipcloud artwork must be flattened, uneditable and unextractable. We require graphic credit be given to Creativeclipcloud design including a url that links back to (https://www.etsy.com/shop/Creativeclipcloud) within the description and on the same page as the item.
Commercial Use with CREDIT given to our shop
Our artwork packs come with commercial use, however, we require graphic credit be given to Creativeclipcloud design including a url that links back to our shop. The link should be placed on the same page as the product that is being sold or displayed. You can use the words: Designs by Creativeclipcloud.etsy.com
Commercial Use with NO CREDIT given to our shop
If you want to use our artwork commercially and simply do not wish to put our name or link anywhere then you have the option to purchase one of our NO credit license:

You are allowed to use Creativeclipcloud products for:
PRINTED PRODUCT DESIGNERS
You can use our cliparts for personal or commercial use. You can print pretty much anything you can think of. You can also create PRINTED products at Zazzle, Cafe Press, Etsy or in your own store.
DIGITAL SCRAPBOOKERS
You can use all our graphics for your personal projects. You CANNOT sell any of our artwork in a commercial Scrapbook kit of any kind even it is altered. This includes but is not limited to clipart packs, paper packs, and image collections.
EMBROIDERY DIGITIZERS
You can use our products personally or commercially as long as the file is a digital embroidery file. You may not include any of our original files in your download.
DIGITAL PRODUCT DESIGNERS
You can use our artwork personally or commercially to create digital printable files. Files must be flattened and enough of your own design must be added to make it a unique design. SIMPLE COLLAGE SHEETS are not ALLOWED. Files must be sold as flattened JPEG or PDF files. Do not sell our artwork layered or on white backgrounds as printables. All other digital creations are allowed as long as graphics are flattened and enough of your design is added to make it a new original design. You can only sell digital creations for PERSONAL USE.
DIGITAL (PRINTABLES)
You must add a background or images of your own design along with our art in order for it to be unextractable by the customer. Files must be flattened and enough of your own design must be added to make it a unique design. SIMPLE COLLAGE SHEETS are not ALLOWED. Do not sell our artwork as layered files. Files must be sold as flattened JPEG or PDF files. You cannot simply paste our images on a white page as this allows customers to simply copy and paste in any program and have access to the original art. This also applies to stickers, party printables, planner accessories, and colouring pages.
FABRIC DESIGNERS
There is no quantity limit, however, you must purchase our NO CREDIT LICENSE for every set purchased.
RIBBON DESIGNERS
There is no quantity limit, however, you must purchase our NO CREDIT LICENSE for every set purchased or credit us in your listing.
LOGO AND WEB DESIGNERS
You can use our cliparts for personal or commercial use, to create logo and web designs to sell. For logo design use the cliparts as part of the design not as is. You may not sell graphics as a LOGO unless they are considerably altered. For Website/ Blog templates, banners, headers, footers, buttons, store fronts please make sure the files are flattened at 72 dpi and cannot be extracted.
CUTTING FILE DESIGNERS
You can use our cliparts to create LAYERED CUTTING FILES only that requires assembly after cutting. Clipart cannot be simply converted to SVG or other cutting formats and sold as cutting files. Jpeg, AI, EPS, SVG, and PNG format files cannot be shared. Do not include our original art in your packs, you may use them in the preview but they must be flattened and un extractable.
TEACHERS, EDUCATORS
You can use our products personally or commercially (TPT). We require graphic credit to Creativeclipcloud design as with a clickable link to (https://www.etsy.com/shop/Creativeclipcloud) inside your PDF document or wherever you display or sell the file. The files must be flattened, uneditable and unextractable. You cannot share our original graphics for free. If you do not wish to credit us commercially see COMMERCIAL NO CREDIT REQUIRED above.
***IMPORTANT: if you do not purchase the no credit license and use our products commercially then you should be linking back to our store see Commercial use above.
ONE TIME NO CREDIT LICENSE
When purchasing our ONE TIME LICENSE you have unlimited no credit licenses applied to any of our products you purchase. The lifetime access has no expiration, however, we cannot be held accountable if the Creativeclipcloud store where the access was purchased are sold or shut down in the future.
NOT ALLOWED:
- Third party sale or wholesale
- You cannot sell our graphics as is and claim as your own.
- You cannot sell, trade, share or give away for free our designs as is or altered including but not limited to clipart packs, digital paper packs, scrapbook kits or as a part of image collections.
- You cannot share our graphic files for free even if it is personal use.
- You cannot use our images for unlawful Use. You may not use content in a pornographic, defamatory or other unlawful manner.
- You cannot use our graphics to create products and sell on a competitor website. For example do not create scrapbooking kits, templates, clipart packs or paper packs and sell on a digital download boutique/store who is a direct competitor of Creativeclipcloud.
All Creativeclipcloud products are copyright Creativeclipcloud and cannot be claimed as your own.
*Indemnification clause*
By using our art the customer accepts that Creativeclipcloud and it’s artists are indemnified from any lawsuits that might arise from any business activities, which in any way or form relate to products carrying the art sold by Creativeclipcloud and it’s owners.
