I searched everywhere for a specific sized brass plate to fit the urn for our fur baby whom just passed away and was not able to find it. Ci reached out to his shop and received a response immediately that he could make it. Not only that I sent pictures of the precious plates that we had of our other fur babies urns as the previous company who made them with the urns recently went out of business and they crafted them to match so well. The communication was incredible and immediate to my inquiries. Our hearts were so touched when we opened the package to find such quality of the plates. We knew that they really cared about the importance to us on what may have been something very simple to someone else. We will definitely be ordering again from them! Thank you!!
