I’m really sorry that you had this experience. I’d like to explain my side a bit. I never refused to help you; in fact, I told you that I could make the edits you requested. However, the changes you asked for were quite detailed and would require a significant amount of time, which is why I mentioned a $20 custom order for the extra work. I feel like we didn’t have enough of an opportunity to discuss this properly before the review was posted, as I was willing to resolve everything for you. I always strive to help my customers and ensure they are satisfied. If you’re still open to it, I would really appreciate the chance to fix this for you.
