Shipping Estimates - USA

Shipping Estimates (not including processing times.. the time is takes to print and customize your item)

• Standard shipping - please allow 3-21 days for delivery
• Priority Mail - please allow 2-8 days for delivery
• Express Mail - please allow 1-5 days for delivery



**Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. For holiday cards and card orders with a specific need by date, PLEASE order early.



*****PLEASE NOTE: Delays with the USPS have been very common lately. Orders may arrive after the estimated delivery date provided by Etsy. I am unable to guarantee any delivery dates.


Shipping to a APO/FPO/DPO? Priority mail is recommended. First class mail can take up to 30-60 days to some locations.

Current Turnaround Times

GREETING CARDS - (USA) The processing time is currently 2-4 business days (the time it takes to customize & print your card).


ORNAMENTS - (USA) The processing time is currently 1 WEEK (the time it takes to customize & make your ornament).


*Most orders are arriving in about 3-8 days once shipped. But please allow up to 14 days* for standard First Class Mail to arrive once shipped. *Shipping times are estimated. Most orders are being delivered fairly quickly, but some areas are still experiencing significant delays with the post office. In some rare cases packages have taken 21 days to arrive.

Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the custom and personalized nature of my products, I do NOT offer refunds or exchanges.

I do NOT offer refunds on orders that are delivered after their need by date. I am unable to guarantee delivery dates as unforeseen delays with the postal service can occur.

PLEASE double check your shipping address. I cannot replace or refund items that are delivered to old or incorrectly entered addresses.

Digital Greeting Card Files

Unfortunately, at this time we do NOT offer digital versions of our fold over greeting cards.

Shipping directly to your Recipient?

No problem! Please include your recipient's address on the ship to section of the checkout screen. Please ALSO leave a note in the "Add a note to DesignsLM" box that you want your card directly shipped and include any special messages, to/from names you'd like printed inside. And we'll gladly send your card directly in the envelope so it's ready to open.

Custom and personalized orders

All cards & ornaments are made to order. Text and wording can be changed to your specifications. (Want your card to say Daddy instead of Dad, Grammy instead of Grandma? No problem!) Please include any special instructions, notes, or custom text in the "Add a note to DesignsLM" box at checkout.
