PACKAGING

In keeping with my policy of reuse/recycle/redecorate, many of my shipping boxes and packing materials are recycled. Plastic bags, shredded paper, newspaper and up-cycled boxes are often used.

WHERE DO YOUR VINTAGE GOODS ORIGINATE FROM?

Locating my vintage goods are an act of love and determination. Many of my vintage finds come from personal collections of friends and family, estate sales, thrifting finds or just plain luck!

MORE ABOUT SHIPPING

I strive to ship items in the most economical way. Unfortunately shipping costs, especially from the midwest to coastal states, can be costly.
Oversized and odd shaped items may be shipped either UPS or USPS or FedEx; whichever is less expensive. If you do not want one of those carriers please check with me *prior* to ordering.
In the majority of my transactions I lose money on the shipping. Any overcharges greater than $2 will be refunded to the buyer upon their request. Thank You!

IF YOUR ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED

If your item arrives broken or damaged, I will need the following items to submit an insurance claim from the carrier. If these conditions are not met I cannot file a claim and will not be able to do a full refund for your item.
1. A photo of the item in the package how it arrived
2. A photo of the box and any damage from outside
3. Please KEEP the contents even if broken for insurance claims
4. Contact me within 2 days of receipt of broken item.
