2 out of 5 starsI'd seen the feedback prior that it didn't look 3D in person but still purchased it. And they were right in person it does not have any 3D effects to it.

3 out of 5 starsEverything is excellent and as expected, except for the color of the item. It is not nearly as vivid as shown in the pictures. There's nothing wrong with the item, just beware. I would very much have liked something that was a bit more bright and not dull gray tones.

Hi Travis, thank you so much for your review. Because of shipping size limits, the mat has to be folded for delivery — otherwise it wouldn’t be possible to ship it safely or affordably. 1 out of 5 starsThis does not look like what I thought I was getting. It looked like a thicker rug, but the one sent was thin and did not depict a three dimensional image.

Hi Danny, Thank you for your feedback, I’m really sorry to hear that the rug didn’t meet your expectations. Our rugs are designed as printed 3D illusion designs, so the effect is visual rather than physically raised, and they are made as lightweight, thin floor mats instead of thick carpets. We do try to show this clearly in the listing, but I understand it can sometimes be confusing from photos.
