5 out of 5 starsGreat functionality, solved the mess on my desk. It works great. I need to plug it in a bit slower, but it takes 1–2 seconds so it’s not really a problem. The material isn’t 5-star, but the functionality definitely is.

I totally get your point about the weight — we actually tested a heavier version in the past, but it didn’t help much when removing the MacBook from the dock. Instead, we went with a lighter design and strong double adhesive, which offers a better overall experience. It also makes installation and removal easier and keeps shipping rates low — which is how we're able to offer free shipping worldwide. 4 out of 5 starsOk this is a follow up review. The first copy of the product I recieved was faulty. The item is 3d printed with tolerances that seem to be all over the place. The usb ports ended up scratching my ports by stripping paint and I was very disappointed. On top of that the power adapter was set too high according to the seller and it caused my laptop not to connect at all. The seller was at first apprehensive on servicing the product and we had a pretty heated back and forth. Etsy refunded my initial purchase after which the seller dispatched another unit free of charge. and I commend him for it. The second unit does work as discribed but my laptop remaines damaged. Overall the product, if you get a good copy does work but the overall experience could have been better imho. Overall I give it 3.7 stars due to the back and forth.

Hi Benjamin, Thanks for the follow-up. I’m really sorry the first unit caused issues, that shouldn’t have happened. I’m glad the replacement is working as expected, and I appreciate your patience through the process. Starting with V2.1, we’ve made improvements to prevent the thunderbolt ports from getting scratched. Also, each unit now goes through a triple-check process with real laptops before shipping, to make sure something like this never happens again. Feature Squad

The measurements are so precise that at first I was worried things wouldn't fit, but I was able to chat with the seller and get instructions on how to make small adjustments by heating the affected area with a hair dryer. Now everything fits perfectly! Thank you!

4 out of 5 starsI love that I can quickly dock my MacBook now, but I had to add a spacer with some wood since the stand didn’t have enough space for my Thunderbolt cables to bend and route to the back. I highly recommend the seller to add more space (2cm) on the bottom. If you don’t want to add a spacer I recommend using right angle Thunderbolt cables instead.
