No shipping on Monday or Tuesday this week (3/16 and 3/17) due to cold overnight temperatures. Shipping will resume on Wednesday.

Winter shipping is dependent on weather conditions. If it's too cold to ship, orders will be held until temperatures allow for safer shipping. Orders will include a 72-hour heat pack for shipping because the temperatures in my area require it for safer shipping. Heat packs are NOT foolproof and sometimes cold damage still occurs. Please contact me if you have any problems with your order due to cold damage.

Shipping is via USPS Priority Mail, with the option of Priority Mail Express. Use your tracking number for estimating when your package will arrive and make sure it will not sit outside in hot or cold weather. You can have your package held at your post office if you will not be home for delivery.

Please contact me immediately (within 24 hours of receiving your package) if there are any issues with your plants. Photographs are required in considering how best to help you. Plants that suffer some shipping stress often recover within a few days.

I do combine shipping. The calculated shipping total you see on your order of multiple items is only an estimate and is sometimes higher than your actual shipping cost.

Please, double check the address you have on file with Etsy before purchasing. I've had a number of packages ship to former addresses that simply hadn't been updated when people moved. There are also some addresses that are missing street numbers, or street names, etc.
