Why do your listings show fields for shipping when these are digital downloads only?

There are two reasons for this:
1. Etsy's digital downloads only have 1 field for custom work.
Physical items have more possible customizations.
2. Digital downloads are automatic and I provide customization of each product.

As a work-around, if I put in the field of "physical item" - then it can have custom work.
