- Production Time: Just 2–3 business days to custom-make your sign.
- Shipping Time: We ship worldwide using DHL or FedEx, which delivers within 5–7 business days, no matter where you are.

What if my sign arrives damaged or doesn’t work?

We offer a 100% damage-free guarantee. If your sign arrives broken or doesn’t work as expected, we’ll send you a free replacement right away. Our signs are packaged securely with protective foam and double-boxed to ensure safe delivery.

- Just reach out with a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll take care of it!
- Initiate the complain to DHL/FEDEX about damage delivery and share screenshot with us.

Yes, every sign comes with a 1-year guarantee covering any manufacturing defects, electrical issues, or damage that occurs during normal use.
If your sign stops working or arrives damaged, just contact us with photos and your order details — we’ll repair it or send a free replacement.

Are the signs waterproof?
By default, our signs are designed for indoor use only. However, we do offer waterproof options for outdoor use — perfect for weddings, events, patios, or storefronts.
If you need your sign to be waterproof, just let us know when ordering and we’ll customize it with a sealed design and waterproof components. Additional charges may apply depending on the size and complexity.
