5 out of 5 starsThe item is too small to use as a washbasin. The delivery was extremely delayed and I had to bear the whole cost of late delivery. To begin with for a washbasin the size of a soup bowl the cost of INR 5000 was too much but then I had to pay an added cost of INR 3300 for the delivery delay and rerouting also. The issue is that these delivery costings were never transaparently told and their was no comparative measure for the item provided to make the right judgement call. The whole experience was such a nightmare and cost inefficient that I would never order from Etsy again.
