We provide 5 files by which you can print in more than 23 different sizes:
- 2:3 ratio file for printing sizes:
4" x 6", 6" x 9", 8" x 12", 10" x 15", 12" x 18", 16" x 24", 20" x 30", 24" x 36"
- 3:4 ratio file for printing sizes:
6" x 8", 9" x 12", 12" x 16", 15" x 20", 18" x 24", 24" x 32"
- 4:5 ratio file for printing sizes:
4" x 5", 8" x 10", 12" x 15", 16" x 20", 20" x 25", 24" x 30"
- 11:14 ratio file for printing size:
11" x 14", 22" x 28"
- A file for printing sizes:
ISO A sizes: 5" x 7" A4, A3, A2 ,A1
If you need a different size that is not on the list, please contact me and I will provide a custom sized file free of charge.
What are Digital Prints, and how do they work?
Digital wall art is a type of artwork that is designed and sold in a digital format. This means that once you purchase the artwork, you will be able to download it and print it out yourself. You can print it at home, or take it to a professional printing service.
How do I access my digital print after purchase?
Upon completing your purchase, you will be provided with a link to download your prints. In the event that you miss this link, you can retrieve your file from the "Purchases and Reviews" section of your profile located under the "Your Account" drop-down menu. Next to your order, select the "Download Files" option.
Why was my download in PDF format?
Because of Etsy's limitations on the size of files we can upload, we can give them to you as instant downloads. So we give you a PDF that has a link to your files, which live in a Google Drive. Don't worry, you don't need to have a Google (or any other kind of) account. You can instantly download the files as soon as you click the link in the PDF. ------- PDF files ------- It is not possible to download digital items via the Etsy App on a phone or tablet the files must 1st be ACCESSED from a COMPUTER.
How do I access my digital download if I do not have an Etsy account?
If you bought a digital item as a guest, the download link can be found in the receipt email that was sent to you by Etsy after you placed your order.
In case you cannot locate the receipt email in your inbox, kindly check your spam or junk folder.
Can I get a refund if I am not happy with my digital wall art file?
Since our products are digital downloads, we cannot offer refunds once the files have been downloaded.
