1 out of 5 starsSo I have been ordering from them for a few months and everything was great but then all of a sudden they stopped responding to messages and I never received one of our orders! Something I was supposed to receive in early September never came! I’ve reached out to them many times with no response. Opened a case to get a refund so we can find somebody else to fulfill our embroidery needs. Super disappointed. The first products they did for us were great :/

Wouldn’t respond to Etsy help request either. Managed to get a refund from Etsy. Stay away from this seller.

Care instructions
It is recommended that the first time you receive an embroidered item from our shop, is too turn the garment inside out, wash with machine cold water, and mild detergent. Almost all of our items are pre-shrunk as well.
