We do! Just message us what youre looking for, your budget, and your deadline! Remember, budget affects quality and deadline affects budget!

Will you make me a Winter Soldier arm in a custom size?

ONLY if you are able to come into the shop in Nashville! Otherwise,we offer a standard size on our store!

Will you sell "parts" of costumes?

If you're looking for anything specific, just message us, and we'll get you a quote on your item!

Do you offer any gauruntee?

We offer a one time fix on any item that breaks during shipping within 30 days of it breaking. Proof of shipping incident must be provided!

Why do you not do refunds or exchanges?

As soon as an order is placed, materials are ordered and your product is then fit into our teams very busy schedule. Everything we make is custom and from the ground up. PLEASE read carefully and ask questions beforehand!

Custom and personalized orders

Generally yes we can customize any prop or costume in any way you wish, but it may not be for the same budget. PLEASE do not purchase an item and then request a custom addition, as we may not be able to do it for the same budget/time.

In an emergency can i cancel an order?

Only under special circumstances may an item be cancelled, but it will result in a cancellation fee of 20% of your order.

Do you provide refunds of any kind? Even for shipping and handling cost?

No, there are no refunds of any kind, all items are paired with shipping and handling cost that covers all packing supplies and transportation cost, all numbers seen in checkout are final.
