Gift wrapping and packaging
We do not offer gift wrapping at the moment but we are working on it. Stay updated with our announcements for more info.
How long does it take for orders to process ?
On average, it takes 2-5 business days to process an order prior to shipping. For international orders it can take 2- 8 business days.
Why does my order have separate shipments ?
All items are custom printed and shipped from our print locations across the US. Because every item is made to order right when you order from various locations, your order may be split up into multiple shipments and shipped at varied times if it contains different products. Due to the different processing times and shipping locations, we are unable to combine shipments. Where possible, any items shipped from the same location with be combined into a single shipment. You'll receive a shipping notification for each shipment in your order.
Do we offer refunds after an order is shipped or in Pre-transit ?
Unfortunately we do not. Once your order is in the carriers possession & Pre- transit we can't cancel or refund it. It should've been canceled 2 hours after placing an order with us.
