Jakob reached out to me looking for a full refund even though there was nothing physically wrong with his product. I told him I was happy to provide a refund if he wanted to return the item, but he wrote back with vitriol. As you can see, Jakob's 1 star review does not reflect the over 1000+ 4 and 5 star reviews I have had over the past 10 years. Jakob was not happy with the quality or price, but please note that 100% of proceeds from my pendants this season are going to charity and he is the first person to ever be unhappy with the quality of my products.
