Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.

I do not accept returns for Custom made products. I will show the finished product to buyer before sending the parcel. So I send it only after the customer's approval.
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

All my products are safe for children, but some of them contain small parts and should not be given to young children. Children under three years old should be supervised to avoid choking.
• The colors may vary due to monitor color settings.
• It is 100% handmade, instead of industrial punching, therefore, the product may be slightly different from the previous one, but will be most similar to the photo. May be some very small difference, because all products are unique.
• I work in a smoke free and pets free home.

I shipping all over the world. All items will shipped by registered airmail: UkrPost.
• I send order to Etsy shipping address. Please, make sure it's correct!
• I will send you a confirmation message with the tracking number of the shipping.
• Please note, transit time may vary depending on your location and customs processing, so I can't guarantee exact arrival time.
• Delivery time may be delayed during peak holidays season.
• If your package wasn't delivered (you wrote the wrong address, the package is not picked up from the post office) and came back to me, I can send it again, but you will be responsible to pay the second shipping.

If you don't receive the parcel within 3 weeks from the date of shipment:
• Ask family or neighbors, maybe they have received parcel instead of you.
• Ask your local post office. Perhaps, the parcel arrived.
• Let me know, if you didn't receive your parcel within 45 days from the date of shipment. I will fill in the claim about the lost in my local post office.
• Sometimes the postman brings a parcel, when no one is home and no leaves message. So, I suggest you visit your post office after 2 weeks of sending.
Please do not forget to get your package!

Custom orders are available upon request. Please understand that custom orders come with increased production time. Shipment delays will vary by order. I do not accept returns for personal orders. Before shipping, I always show the finished product to make sure the customer is satisfied with the order.
