All sizes are listed within the individual listings.

At this time, planner stickers fall into multiple size categories that you can filter on through the shop sections:
1. Generic to any sized notebook or planner (and individual sticker sizes are detailed in the listing)
2. Traveler's Company standard/regular size
3. b6 Slim
4. a5
5. Hobonichi "Weeks
6. Erin Condren vertical daily boxes (but can fit any sized planner)

At this time, I'm unable to accommodate most custom and personalized sticker requests. You're welcome to reach out and I will consider your request seriously. If you want to customize a sticker order, please be prepared to order at least 5 sticker sheets.

There are many other fantastic Etsy sticker shops that can most likely accommodate your request, however!

If you want to purchase a notebook from my shop and have me custom-cut it to a size not listed, message me!

All stickers are organized in cellophane bags and then shipped in poly or flat mailers or handmade greeting cards, depending on order size.

Custom-cut Stalogy notebooks will be packed in bubble mailer envelopes. Multiple cut-down Stalogy notebooks from a single order will be packed in the best way deemed possible, depending on the size and number ordered.

I completely understand that in very rare cases an order may be placed accidentally. You will know this happened because Etsy sends out email notifications right after ordering.

If you notify me immediately and I haven't processed your order yet, I can cancel it and fully refund your order. However, I process orders VERY quickly, sometimes within minutes.

Due to the quick turnaround time on processing orders, it may be too late to cancel your order and you will be expected to pay for it.

In addition, I don't offer returns or exchanges on purchases. Note that forced returns are against Etsy's terms of service and Etsy can suspend your account for it.

If your order is marked as delivered yet you can't locate it, please consider the following:
1. Confirm the shipping address for that order was correct
2. If it was a sticker order it may be a letter in your mailbox
3. Another household member received your order
4. The order is still on the truck or at the post office and was marked incorrectly
5. The order was delivered to the wrong address (waiting one more week will help verify this)
6. It was stolen

On August 1, 2022, Etsy implemented the Etsy Purchase Protection Program. This allows customers to be refunded if something happens to their order in transit (damage, loss, etc.). All of my orders should qualify for this program. Please see my shop announcement for more info.

The secret sauce! :) Sticker designs found in this shop are entirely my own, or are designed by me with help from licensed images.

My promise to you is to get your order out quickly and to package it well. However, I can't control what happens to your order once it's dispatched.

If you have a tight delivery timeline, it's best you not place an order with this shop. USPS is not 100% reliable.

At this time, my shop offers *only* USPS shipping and *only* to the United States. Costs and risk have proven to be too steep otherwise.

If you want to use your own 3rd party shipping label (UPS or FedEx), contact me first to see if it's possible to fit into my schedule. There is a trip fee, as any other carrier besides USPS incurs a special trip, mileage, and extra time on my part. Please select the special "Trip Fee" listing for this.

There are multiple types of sticker paper used in this shop. Please read each listing carefully to know which sticker paper is used.

*White matte* - my go to! This has repositionable adhesive. Be careful with large removable stickers, as they can tear if you're not careful during pull up. Writable.

*Recycled matte* - permanent adhesive. Recycled, so you may see dark specks of other paper in it, which is normal. Writable.

*Clear matte* - permanent adhesive. Colors will print lighter and appear translucent. Super thin and tears easily. It also has a noticeable, but not unpleasant odor. Writable with gel pens and most markers - let dry for at 30 seconds.

*Kraft* - lovely but fibrous. Permanent adhesive. Color varies. Not writable.
