Elizabeth was so kind, responsive, and accommodating when I reached out about my concerns. She made sure everything was corrected and sent me a new banner, and I am very satisfied with how it turned out! I truly appreciate how easy she made the entire process and how much she cared about making sure I was happy with my order.
