Item not as described. Toggle closure is not “authentic red deer antler” as described but is a cheap piece of plastic. Item is 3x’s bigger than I expected. Description doesn’t give item measurements. Description says choose belt size in drop down. There is not drop down to choose belt size(received crazy long),l. Nowhere does it say I’d have to pay additional import fees. I noticed a week after it had been sitting in DHL office awaiting payment of fees but I was not contacted. I could not pay the fee because seller provided bogus contact info to DHL and took 5 days of messaging back and forth and no response for two days until I finally noticed my contact info was updated with DHL(only because I checked) and was able to pay the duty fee. Terrible customer service. Item not as described. Very disappointed. Do not recommend.
