Wow, I LOVE this board! Matrice has excellent customer service - I contacted them as soon as I purchased to ask if they could flash a numpad-like layout on my pad, which they happily did. The board shipped and arrived even earlier than I was expecting. It's gorgeous and exactly what I was hoping for. Their willingness to flash the board means I don't have to fuss around with qmk until I decide I want a different layout. Thanks for the great experience and product Matrice!

I really enjoyed this Matrice Pad, they shipped very quickly, gave me everything I needed, and it works great! Also I absolutely love the tiger design included on the base plate. Cannot reccomend these products enough, I may buy more!

Loved the kit! Easy to build, quality parts

Overall I’m happy with my purchase. But, for a premium $100+ macro pad, I would have liked to see some foam and some type of gasket mount. The board feels very rigid in the case. The clear coat on the wood finish also leaves a bit to be desired. It’s very runny and you can see the brush strokes. I also notice not all switches are the same height when mounted to the board. An awesome product but room for improvements and higher quality control. EDIT*: My original review was 4-stars (see above). Matrice sent me a message within a few hours seeking to resolve my issues. And they did! They promptly shipped out a new unit to get my taken care of. This company is 10/10. Do not hesitate.

This was a gift for my son. He was very excited to receive it. He has yet to assemble it. It was packaged well and came with clear instructions.
