Frequently asked questions
How do I download and open my files?
All current products are digital downloads. After payment is confirmed, sign in to Etsy.com in a web browser and open Purchases and reviews to download. Guest buyers can use the download link in their Etsy receipt email. Extract ZIP files before use and read the included setup guide. Check the listing for required software and file formats. If you cannot find or open your files, send MidnightLoadout an Etsy message with your order number and a description of the issue.
What is editable and which software do I need?
Check the individual listing. Overlay packs include ready-made images and, for animated listings, video files; SVG sources and local HTML screens have specific editing options. Automated alerts and chat services are not included. Sitter planners have fillable PDFs and print versions; use a form-capable PDF reader and reopen saved files to check entries. The detailing kit uses PDFs imported into Canva, not native template links. Resume files are DOCX documents; formatting may vary by editor.
Do bundles overlap with individual products?
Yes. The 27-pack overlay collection contains the original static assets from all 27 themes; it does not include the animated V2 upgrades sold in individual animated listings. The Pet & House Sitter Planner Bundle contains pages also sold in the individual dog, cat and house-sitter planners. Avoid buying overlapping products unless you want those files. Each listing explains its contents and permitted uses. Blank templates and original graphics may not be resold or redistributed.
