5 out of 5 starsI can't say enough good things about Fatima. She was extremely helpful. I ordered the 4th of July invitation and was able to edit it myself but couldn't save it to be able to then be used on my phone. Probably sounds very simple but I am an older person and a little technically challenged. She did not give up on me. I told her to not worry about it I would just go old school, print it out and take a picture of it with my phone. Then I could text it to who I wanted. But bless her she went above and beyond to get it to me so I could use it how I wanted. Her patience, kindness and willingness to help is above the average person. Thank you so much. Can't recommend her enough.

I’m sorry for the confusion, Hailey. The file provided contained access to the editable Canva template, and I also sent the template link directly through Etsy messages to help ensure access. I understand how the process could have been confusing, and feedback like yours helped me improve the way templates are delivered. Since then, I have updated my shop’s delivery system and instructions to make accessing templates much clearer and easier for customers. Thank you for your feedback.
