Frequently asked questions
Is this a digital product or a physical planner?
Everything in this shop is a digital download. No physical item will be shipped.
The shop has two kinds of product:
· Notion templates, used inside your own Notion workspace.
· PDF workbooks, each with a fillable PDF to type into, a print & write PDF for paper, and a Quick Start guide.
Please check the individual listing for exactly what is included.
How do I download my files?
Once your payment is confirmed, open Etsy in a web browser, go to Purchases and select Download Files beside your order.
Notion templates: follow the access instructions supplied with your purchase to open the template in Notion.
PDF workbooks: save the files to your computer or tablet, then open the Quick Start guide first.
Etsy digital purchases cannot currently be downloaded through the Etsy app. Use a computer or your phone’s web browser instead.
Purchased as a guest? Use the download link in your Etsy receipt email.
Which Notion plan do I need?
Check the compatibility information in the individual listing. Where a template is marked “Works on Notion Free”, its core functionality can be used on the Free plan.
Optional enhanced dashboards marked Business / Enterprise require one of those Notion plans. Buying a template does not include a paid Notion subscription.
Which app do I use for the PDF workbooks?
To type into the fillable PDF, open it in Adobe Acrobat Reader (free) on a computer or tablet, or Apple Preview on a Mac. Save a copy before you start. Web browsers and notes apps may not show or save the form fields.
To write by hand, print the pages you need, or open the print & write PDF in a notes app on your tablet.
Keep using the same app for your copy. Ticks and choices saved in one app may not show in another.
Can I print the PDF workbooks on US Letter paper?
Yes. The workbooks are set up for A4 paper. To print on US Letter, choose Fit to page in your print settings. You only need to print the pages you plan to use.
