GENIUS!! Why I hadn't looked for such an item before now, is anyone's guess? Recently I have been seriously struggling to undo my hot water bottles, the pain it was causing my hand and fingers was becoming intolerable. And I use a hot water bottle most days for pain relief - I'm a fibro warrior - I cannot recommend this little gadget enough. It has saved the day and saved my fingers! And with that, I thank you!!

What a great little item! I have real problems with the strength and dexterity in my hands and find it very difficult to open my hot water bottle which I need regularly for pain relief in my back, so this is a lifesaver and works really well.

This is a genuinely beautiful piece - solid, well made, and thoughtfully designed. It’s been so nice for my mum to have something that helps her get by with her arthritis but still feels special and well crafted.
