Your download is instant! no waiting, no shipping. Immediately after purchase, Etsy will show you a "Download" button on the confirmation page. You'll also receive a download link in your Etsy confirmation email, and the files will appear permanently in your Etsy account under Purchases & Reviews → Downloads. Files arrive as a ZIP — unzip to find all formats inside.

It depends on the listing — each one clearly states the licence type. Listings marked "commercial use ✓" allow you to sell unlimited finished physical products (shirts, mugs, tumblers, bags, etc.) made using the design. You cannot resell, redistribute, or share the original digital files. If you need a commercial licence for a listing that shows personal use only, message me and we'll sort something out.

On Windows: right-click the ZIP file and choose "Extract All."
On Mac: double-click the ZIP and it unzips automatically. On iPhone/iPad: use the Files app — tap the ZIP and it creates a folder.
If you're on Android, a free app like "Files by Google" will open ZIPs. Once unzipped, you'll find the SVG, DXF, PNG, and EPS files inside. If you're still stuck, send me a message and I'll walk you through it step by step.

Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned," I don't offer refunds on completed downloads — this is standard across Etsy digital shops. However, if a file isn't working correctly, has a technical issue, or isn't as described, message me immediately. I will always fix a broken file, send a replacement, or find a solution. I want you to be happy with every purchase.

SVG files are infinitely scalable — you set the size in your cutting software (Cricut Design Space, Silhouette Studio, etc.) before you cut. There is no fixed size in the file itself. This means you can cut the same design at 2 inches for a sticker or 12 inches for a wall decal — perfect quality every time. The listing description will note recommended sizes where relevant.

Yes, for certain requests — send me a message describing what you need. I accept custom quote SVGs (great for personalised gifts or one-of-a-kind shirts) and seasonal design requests. Custom orders typically take 3–5 business days and are priced based on complexity. I don't currently accept logo vectorisation or highly detailed illustration requests, but simple text-based and floral custom work is welcome.
