Purchased Oct 5. Not shipped by Oct 18, contacted them. NO COMMUNICATION, just Refund notice. What?? Contacted them AGAIN, asked if stock issue, don't need for 2 months. Rec'd shipping notice Oct 19. NO COMMUNICATION. Nov 3 still not rec'd 3 weeks after ship notice, contacted them again. NO COMMUNICATION. It's now Nov 5.
