You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, take physical possession of the goods. Our shop policy is even longer: you can return items within 30 days of delivery.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (an Etsy message or an email to info@pinnpatch.eu). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

Effects of withdrawal: we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision. We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of having sent them back, whichever is earlier. We will use the same means of payment that you used. You must send the goods back within 14 days of informing us. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics (for example, a patch that has been sewn or ironed on).
