Frequently asked questions
Return Policy
We currently don’t offer returns and exchanges as our products are made to order, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by messaging us and we will work with you to best resolve any issues!
We don't normally accept cancellations as the order is sent for production as soon as the order is placed.
Any claims for misprinted or damaged or defective items must be submitted within 20 days after the product has been ordered.
Claims deemed an error on my part are covered at my expense.
If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please contact me.
Tracking Says Delivered But Did Not Receive Your Purchase
If your package has been lost in transit, please reach out to us and we’ll do everything we can to locate it. If your package is marked as having been delivered, please reach out to the carrier.
There may be cases where the delivery was made, but the package was left in an unexpected location at the customer's address. Customers should reach out to the carrier and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person. Customers should also reach out to their neighbors and/or other household members to see if the package was taken inside or put in a different location. Sometimes deliveries are marked delivered by the carrier when they are loaded into the delivery vehicle and have yet to be dropped off at the customers address.
Custom and personalized orders
Sometimes we are able to customize items and if you message us directly, we do occasionally accept commissions too. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have an idea that you would like us to make for you.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Unfortunately, at this time we are not able to offer gift wrapping services.
