Where do you print, pack and ship from?
• If you live in the USA, your art print will be shipped from USA.
• If you live in Canada, your art print will be shipped from Canada.
• If you live in the UK, your art print will be shipped from UK.
• If you live in Spain, your art print will be shipped from Barcelona, Spain.
• If you live in Latvia, your art print will be shipped from Riga, Latvia.
• If you live in Australia or New Zealand, your art print will be shipped from Australia or New Zealand.
• If you live everywhere else, we will ship from the nearest fulfillment centre.
How do I track my order?
We provide tracking for every order. We will provide tracking information in the shipping confirmation as soon as your order has shipped. However, please note that the tracking information sometimes may not update until your local post office receives our package. This is out of our control as to how frequently the shipping information is updated in the carrier's system.
Do you sell digital copies of the poster?
We are so sorry. We don't sell digital copies of our posters in PosterAndPattern.

To reduce waste items in this store, products are made to order. Because of the custom nature of our printing and product fulfillment processes, PosterAndPattern does not offer Exchanges, Returns or Refunds of any kind on any items offered for sale in our store.
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to carefully read the description on the listings before placing order. Please message me if you have any questions. No exchanges, returns, or refunds for buyer’s remorse or accidental purchases.
What happens if the order is lost in transit?
We very rarely have packages lost in transit, but if it does happen, please send us a message. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 21 days after the estimated delivery date.
What if the product got damaged in the mail?
If something arrives damaged, send a photo of the damaged goods to us through Etsy messages. We will send you a replacement with no extra charge. All claims must be submitted no later than 21 days after delivery date.
I would like to return the poster.
We’re sorry to hear that you wish to return your order. Our return policy doesn’t cover buyer’s remorse so we won’t be able to issue you a refund. Thank you for understanding.
My order shows it is being returned to sender, what now?
There are a few reasons an order can be returned to sender but most often it is due to an undeliverable address. Other instances include the package being unclaimed at the post office. New shipping charges will be applied for reshipment. Please contact us and we will be happy to discuss this with you.
