OFFICE HOURS: Mon-Fri 10AM-6PM EST/UTC-5 (We also observe all US federal holidays)
➥ Please take note of your time difference

As with any business, we do adhere to our posted business hours to spend time with our family and pets and are not in office late or on weekends. We will respond to after-hours messages the following business day.

Please note: any messages sent on Friday after-hours or over the weekend will be queued for the following Monday, unless there is a US federal holiday. Although sometimes I am available on the weekend, it is not a guarantee.

HOW CORJL WORKS -
• Add to Cart & Purchase (please make sure your email is current on your ETSY account. And DO NOT use APPLE ID masking)
• You will receive an email within 15 minutes, but often right away, from CORJL with a link to access your template
• You can also go to CORJL.com and enter your order number found on your Etsy receipt to login right away.
• Click on the link to access your template, and start editing
• After editing your template, save and download
• If you ordered printing, then your design will be ready for us to queue for printing. You will receive tracking information once your order ships.
• If you ordered digital only then you can download your design after you finish editing and print using your home printer, or through a local copy store, photo center or online print store

▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
We are located and ship from our small business, right outside of Detroit, Michigan. However, some orders will ship from our partner print shop in Daphne, Alabama.

Visit us on Zazzle for more options, as I get this new Etsy shop filled up with my designs and new exclusive work!
