Q. Where can I download my files?
Once your purchase has gone through, you’ll be redirected to the Downloads page where you can find the ‘View your file’ link.
You will also receive an email from Etsy.
Alternatively, you can find your files at your Account - Purchases (https://etsy.com/your/purchases).
For downloading your files, please use Chrome or Safari on your device. The Etsy app does not support file downloads.
Q. I haven’t received my files. Can you resend them?
Of course! Please confirm your email address and I’ll send within 24 hours of receiving it from the email: printablepapermint@gmail.com. If you haven’t received in 24 hours of sending me your email address, please make sure to check your inbox, junk and spam folder. Thank you!
Q. I can’t open the file.
The file is in ZIP format and needs to be unzipped before use. On Windows and Mac, you can simply double-click to unzip. On iPhone, you can open it directly with the built-in “Files” app. On Android, some devices support ZIP natively, but if not, you can use a free unzip app such as WinZip or RAR.
Q. The colours look different when I print.
Colours may vary depending on your printer model, paper type, and individual print settings. Each printer uses different technology and ink, so the result can look slightly different from what you see on screen. Thank you for understanding!

Q. Can I edit the designs of the files?
You can edit the PDF for personal uses, you can use PDF editor apps such as Canva. You’ll then be able to edit the text within each PDF file you purchased.
However, please note you aren’t allowed to edit the designs to resell, share, or redistribute our assets under any circumstances..

Q. Can I share or resell my files purchased from you?
No. You are only allowed to use our printables for Personal Use only. All of our materials are copyrighted by 상점명.
Q. Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
No, you’ll receive the files immediately after purchase and therefore, all sales are final. Please review all items carefully before placing your order as we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on any repeat purchases, wrong paper sizes, wrong items etc,. due to the nature of the products. However, please feel free to get in touch if you have any issues or questions regarding the files so that we can help you troubleshoot as soon as possible.
