ORDER CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION POLICY

My shop doesn’t accept order cancellations or modifications. All items are specially made for you once you place an order, and we can’t cancel or edit it once production or shipping has begun. We’re also unable to change the size or color. Please double-check your selections before finalizing your order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

DAMAGED ITEMS OR PRINTING ERRORS

If your item arrives damaged or with a printing error, please contact me and send a photo within 14 days of receiving it. I’ll be happy to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund, as it’s important to me that you are satisfied with your purchase.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please ensure that the address is correct prior to placing an order. If you realize the shipping address you provided is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. If the package has already been sent and is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for covering the postage costs to have the package re-shipped to the correct address.

LOST PACKAGE

If your package appears to be lost, please first check the tracking information provided. If the tracking status hasn't updated or indicates an issue, contact your local postal service. If the package still can't be located, reach out to me, and I'll assist in resolving the issue with the carrier. Please note that delays may occur during busy shipping seasons.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS FOR ITEMS

To ensure the longevity of your item, wash it inside out in cold water on a gentle cycle. Use mild detergent and avoid bleach. Tumble dry on low or hang dry for best results. Do not iron directly on the print. For decor items, wipe clean with a soft cloth.

AVAILABLE CLOTHING SIZES

We offer a wide range of sizes. Please refer to the size chart in the product listing to ensure the best fit. If you have any questions about sizing, please refer to the sizing chart included in each of our listing photos. If you’re still unsure, feel free to reach out to us before placing your order. As all shirts are made to order, we cannot offer refunds for sizing issues.
